Has my order shipped?
Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to check your order's status.

How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order?
Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to view orders you have placed. Then click the "Change quantities / cancel orders" link to find and edit your order. Please note that once an order has begun processing or has shipped, the order is no longer editable.

How do I track my order?
Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track your order.

My order never arrived!
Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track your order status. Be sure that all of the items in your order have already shipped. After you’ve confirmed that each item is marked “SHIPPED,” use the tracking number(s) provided to confirm that the package has been “DELIVERED” by the shipping company. If the items are marked delivered and the package has still not been received, contact our customer service department via email or phone at 1.888.296.9928. We’re available Monday - Friday, 9am - 6pm EST.

An item is missing from my shipment!

My product is missing parts!
Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track your order status. Be sure that all of the items in your order have shipped already. If your order displays your Package Tracking Numbers, check with the shipper to confirm that your packages were delivered. If your packages each show a status of "delivered", please contact customer service for assistance.

When will my backorder arrive?
Our suppliers are unable to predict when backordered items can be restocked. As such, we will only be able to ship these items as soon as they’ve been restocked by our suppliers.

How do I create an account?
  1. Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right side of our site.
  2. Enter your email address.
  3. Select "I am a new customer".

How do I edit my account information?
Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to edit your account information.

How much is my shipping?
BuyDMi.com offers free shipping on all orders over $25. We also offer 2-day expedited shipping for a modest fee. Click here to learn more about our shipping policy.

I forgot my password.
Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site. Under the login box you'll see a link that says "Forgot your password? Click here". That link will send an email to you with your password.

How do I return my product?
Customers must send all returns accompanied with a BuyDMi.com “Return Authorization Number.” To receive a (RAN) by email, please submit your request to: orders@buydmi.com or by calling 1.888.296.9928.

BuyDMi.com General Return Policy.
Normal non-defective/undamaged items can be returned for free up to 365 days after delivery date. Customers must send all returns accompanied with a BuyDMi.com Return Authorization Number (RAN), to receive a (RAN) by email, please submit your request to: orders@buydmi.com or by calling 1.888.296.9928. Please include your RAN and original Order ID with your return or exchange. You must also keep your return tracking ID as proof of return.

Damage/Shortages
The carrier who delivers merchandise is responsible for the loss and damages. Acceptance of the shipment from the carrier is an acknowledgment that the articles delivered were received in good condition and properly packed.

BuyDMi.com’s responsibility ceases upon delivery to the transportation company. If there is damage or shortages, notify the carrier at time of delivery so that they may process a claim. Carriers will not honor claims when the customer signs receiving documents as free and clear. Notify BuyDMi.com to arrange for reshipment of lost and damage products.

Discrepancies
In the event of invoice or shipment discrepancies, please notify us within seven (7) days of receipt. BuyDMi.com reserves the right to refuse to sell to any person or firm. All orders are subject to these terms and conditions. Policies, procedures, and pricing are subject to change without notice. BuyDMi.com is not responsible for typographical errors. I’ve received the wrong product.
